  1. Start back from square one.  Do it off the cheese mat with a spot then when you feel comfortable have a spotter spot you on the floor with a mat under you then eventually move to the floor and do it by yourself.  I'm a gymnast so I know all about the mental block stuff trust me.  I was afraid to do my full twist on the floor and I took it one step at a time and now I'm not afraid anymore and I have it solid.  You just have to believe in yourself and you can make it happen.  When you're doing it just make sure you trust your spotter and they're EXPERIENCED.  Safety always comes first.

    Hope I helped! (: ♥

  2. If your spott droped you, get the coach to spot you or some one who you trust and you know won't drop you. Just keep trying until your truely sure you are ready to try by yourself but if you get scared walk away until you feel you can do it.

JUST TRUST IN YOURSELF AND KNOW THAT YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!

AND PUT SOME OF THAT TRUST IN YOUR SPOTERS!!!

You can do it, its just the fact that you are worried about being droped or falling..just for get it and PRESS ON!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

    Hope This Helpes!!!
