HELP- Errors with Vista Ultimate Asus m51sn?

Brought above new April 08, Up to 4th Vista U problem, have had shop techs reinstall OS, seem to have three to four weeks hassle free then either freezes then wont boot when turning back on, have asked under software, one response came back as probable problem with bios, is anyone aware of this problem with Asus motherboards and how does one ask a tech to check it coming from a none hardware savy person. HELP - it was suppose to be my new work toy for next 2 years but had bugger all mileage so far.

Maybe you've just picked a bad computer.

Asus laptops are very high in quality, and have never had any problems with them. They also produce the worlds best motherboards.

If anything happens that doesn't have anything to do with software, then try to claim warranty.

If you think Vista Ultimate is the problem, ask for a downgrade disk to XP Professional.
