HELP! Everything on my computer screen is sideways.?

I have to tilt my head to the left to read what is on my computer screen, Please Please tell me there is an easy fix.

  1. oh thats simple don't worry. Just hold the Ctrl key and  the Alt key together and then press the up arrow key and it should work if it doesnt just try again with diffrent arrow keys.
