HELP! Film Title needed?

Question

does anyone know of a foreign film about a woman who keeps having premonitions about a monolith and there's some other woman whose stalking her and telling her about how she has similar dreams. And it turns out in the end that the second girl was the girlfriend of a guy who cheated on her with the first girl and she was pretty much just stalking her and psychologically torturing her? I think it was a spanish film
