What cream can I get in Canada (Toronto) to assist me with stretching my tight f******n without a prescription?

I stretch my f******n twice a day, but how long should I stretch it for each time?

  1. You would need to see a doctor for a prescription, the cream is a steroid cream and the active ingredient is betamethasone 0.05%.

How long have you been stretching the f******n for? If it's less than a few weeks then you might not need a cream because it might get better by itself.

Twice a day sounds good. Just pull it back as far as it can go and then return it.

  2. For as long as it feels comfortable.    This must be done slowly, gradually and gently.    It takes weeks and possibly months to get some foreskins widened to allow retraction and mobility.

Don't be in too much of a hurry.    I don't know if you can get a suitable cream without a prescription, though.

Should you have more difficulty, there are other options.    There is a tool called a glansie which can assist with the stretching, and should your case be too severe for stretching, there's an operation which cuts a small slit in the f******n called a dorsal slit, or preputioplasty.

It will be better if you can stretch it yourself, however.    The surgery is for difficult or more extreme cases.

Remember, with retraction of your f******n, your glans will be hypersensitive for awhile, until it acclimatizes to being exposed to touch and the air.

The best of luck to you.

  3. The stuff you're looking for contains betamethasone... a corticosteroid hormone that cannot be legally obtained in Canada without a prescription.

    1) Go to your doctor and get a prescription.   What's the biggie?   Lots of guys (including my GF's son, pretty recently) have to use this stuff, and it's safe and effective medicine *if* it's used as prescribed.   Your doc will know what strength and timing are best for you.

    2) Stretch that sucker as far as you can comfortably manage and as often as you like... as often as you *can*... twice a day should be considered an absolute  *minimum*.

  4. as long as your doctor recommends

  5. I've been trying some erm, women's stuff my girlfriend suggested, this skin butter stuff called Shea http://www.thebodyshop.com/bodyshop/brow...

I've been using it for a few days, I'm not cured, but I do feel a bit more comfortable.

Stretch for as long as you can before it hurts too much and increase to at least three times a day.

Oh yeah, use cotton buds to get it on the inside of the f******n as well.
