HELP!!! HAMSTER PROBLEM!!!

Question

My friends hamster is a dwarf and has a buddy to be with. Just now when we were playing with her, we noticed a hole in her ear.

I am wondering if it could be something to do with the fact that her other hamster has sharp claws and they tend to "roll" around with each other SOMETIMES. They <3 each other so I don't think that they have a problem being together. They are robos.

My friend is worried about this so can you help us. Could it be some sort of infection? Or could it just be that she ran into something.

PLEASE HELP!!!! She doesn't seem to be in pain like the same way some people have earrings and the hole doesn't bother them.

Please help and were desperate to find out what is wrong. Thanks a lot and please if you don't have anything helpful to say, it just goes to show that YOU aren't that helpful either. Again, thanks and PLEASE helps us.

it&#039;s ok. it&#039;s like cattle, sometimes breeders nick the hamsters ear to show something, like their identidy or whatever. if it isn&#039;t bleeding she should be fine. hoever, if it is really worrying you or it&#039;s getting even more scratched up, take her to the vet.
