  1. you can see if you can find any info here:

  2. I am having the same problem. After Trend Micro warned me about it I scanned the computer and  trend micro found it and I clicked fix now and it went to quarantine.Today I got the same message from Trend Micro. I opened up Trend Micro and I clicked help and support and Trend Micro said to click add and to send file to qaurabtine,I tried it but I didn't know what file to add to it so I went back to help and support and I read that if Trend Micro can't do anything to just delete so I did. Then I rebooted into safe mode and did a virus scan. I have no idea if the virus was removed or not.

  3. Restart your PC in safe mode with networking

    http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.s...

Download, install and run a full scan with Malwarebytes

    http://www.malwarebytes.org

Run a full scan with Micro Trend House Call

    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

After the scans, restart the PC and update your anti-virus, remember to only have one anti-virus installed on your PC

  4. The people at btexpress could set up the best security for you pc. They are great in helping you to keep you pc like brand new. They are great. I went to them and they know what they are doing. I love what they done to my computer. It was not fast and had viruses on it but, now it is clean and fast as lighten. If you would like to visit them the link is in my profile. btexpress computer repair is great

  5. Follow the instructions from TrendMicro -

    http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusenc...

It looks like its a file that popped under heuristic detection.

Basically, if you do not know what this file is, or where it came from, TrendMicro wants you to delete it!

I would send the file to http://www.virustotal.com/  or http://www.virustotal.com/  to see what other virus engines say about it!

  6. I use trend micro also. Did you try scanning the whole computer with the software. There should be a button that says (SCAN NOW)

  7. if trend micro says your infected then scan with housecall.

    and download superanti-spyware

  8. You can just use your antivirus software. Scan your computer and it should remove it immediatly.
