1.  4 NH3 + 5 O2  ==>  4NO ( 4 N and 4 O ) + 6 H2O ( 12 H and 6 O )
N = 4
H = 12
O = 10
2. Here is a way:

NH₃ + O₂ --> NO + H₂0

First put these marks above:
NH₃ as x
O₂ as y
NO as z
H₂O as w

Then you should get this:

x = z             (how many times N goes up in N - x to z)
3x = 2w           (H₃ goes up in H₂ - x to w)
2y = z
2y = w

put y=1 and z=1

2*1 = w
w = 2

2*1 = z
z = 2

x = 1

Then you would get this:

NH₃ + O₂ --> 2NO + 2H₂O

Hope this help...

3. I don't think it's possible for redox, all three atoms change charges. =\
