HELP HELP WITH SWOLLEN FINGER?

Question

ok my finger (right handed middle finger) is swollen to the max!

It hurts so bad. I went to the doctor already and I am already taking medicine its just that its supper swollen at the tip where the nail is located. I need something to make the pain leave and give my finger the regular look it once had....any suggestions

Motrin or Tylenol helps to make pain go away!!
