HELP!!! HOW DO U GET RID OF ACNE SCARS??

This is going to take some time. It won't be a overnight thing.

1. Get a good acne wash. I would suggest Proactive. Which works really well. If you don't have the money for that brand you can get a store brand called acne free for almost half the price. If you see any 3 step system you would be fine.

2. Get your hands on apricot scrub or the equate version and lightly exfoliate your face and neck atleast 2-3 times a week. No more.

3. Last but not least. Get some sun. Tan a few times. You wont see them as your skin changes to a darker color. Once you stop tanning or are not in the sun as often you will lightin up and so will your scars.

Just keep these things in mind and don't stress it. It happends I've had them but ever sense i used a 3 step acne cleaner I rarely see anymore flare ups.

1) Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes and wash.

2) Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary.

3) Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball and wash it after haif an hour for 15 to 20 days.

Usually, depending on how deep the scars are, nothing short of sugery will help. Sorry to disappoint...but there are no fast, easy ways to get rid of acne scars.

Roaccutane.It is extremely strong and is only prescribed by a dermatologist but its fantastic at getting rid of acne and its scars.

not much hope for scars but try.... maderma... main ingredient is a fancy word for onion, so try onion

peeling. There are loads of acids that gets rid of the scars. If your scares ain't severe you can use glycolic acid, then is its severe there's other acids, just research on google for chemical peeling
