Question:

HELP! How do you keep sharpie ink on duct tape?

So, I always hate how everyone has boring notebooks (I'm starting grade 10 :D in less than two weeks). They're so PLAIN!!! Every year I decorate them with colorful duct tape and draw on them with a sharpie. I just finished one, and it's definitely my most favorite notebook ever. Problem is, after about a week of the tough life of a high school bio notebook, the design is all faded and gone, and every time I try to recreate the designs, it doesn't look as good, and it's just not the same.

Is there anyway to keep my notebook looking unsmudged, unfaded, and not gross?

I've tried nail polish top coats, but that only messes up the ink, and i have to remove it and start over.

Do those zwipes work better in this case than my beloved sharpies? Is there some sort of sealant I can buy at walmart? HELP!

  1. Go over it with clear packing tape.

Zwipes are really expensive, and they're c**p.  I bought one and it was a huge mistake.
