HELP!! I'M A BINGE EATER!?

I have a problem with over eating & I can't stop its like an addiction. I can eat like 10,000 cals in one day! I can also eat on of those big buckets of icecream that has 32 servings..in about...4 days...yea i know sick. My sister is surprized that I'm not fat I eat so much. I did gain a bit of weight but everyones like omg ur so skinny, you don't eat I'm just like you have noooo idea. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!

  1. Perhaps you could try binging on fruit as it helps to fill you up and is low in calories.

    Perhaps a better option might be to find a new hobby to replace your eating hobby such as brisk walking for 2 hours every day or crossword puzzles or anything to keep yourself busy so you won't have time to think about food.  Most binge eaters suffer from boredom and eating helps to pass the time.


  2. um im the same way i eat alot and dont gain. um there really isnt a problem just eat healthier i guess cuz 10,000 cals...thats kinda bad lol.

    just try and stick to eating 3 full meals a day. you might just be eating cuz your bored or nervous try listening to your body and figuring out whether your really hungry or just need like a quick snack or something to chew.....idk hope this helped. =]

    well. u know girls are supposed to eat between 1,200 - 1,400 calories in a day right? ur lucky u dont gain weight like crazy hun... soz im probs not helping here :S

    okay one way to stop urself from mindlessly eating is by only buying foods at the supermarket that u need to eat.... like dont buy big buckets of ice cream anymore so that ur no tempted to eat it!

    and find ways to distract urself from eating, when ur watching tv hav something u can be doing so that u dont hav food in ur hands and u binge eat... like... holding a stress ball or knit (soz my ideas suck i honestly cant think of anything better... but u can come up with something!) just make sure u hav something in ur hands so that u dont go mindlessly picking up food and shovelling that into ur mouth. or chew gum! i dunno lol

  4. Heyyy you do not have a problem, everyones got a little fat slob inside of them that just comes out once in a while. Stuff happens but at least your skinny. Try to portion your meals and if you feel the cravings come in, ice and water usually curbs the hunger because maybe your dehydrated. When your dehydrated, your mind sends your body signals that your hungry or something like that, so just drink some water after you feel your still hungry after you just ate a kings meal.
