  1. I took three years of cosmetician school. My answer to you is this: Hydration, hydration, hydration!  You need to drink 3-4 glasses of water a day. Then you should moisturize after every shower and before bedtime. Just don't use Oil of Olay. Thats more oil than water so you may break out. Good luck!

  2. some times you gain wrinkles cause you're  stressed or unhappy or something so try relaxing and moistorize ok.

  3. A couple of my friends "wrinkled up" early too.  I think it is just a skin condition some people get.  Check your lifestyle.  Are you getting enough good nutritrious foods and plenty of water? If you are eating a lot of junk, greasy, processed, or fried foods, your body will age faster because it does not have nutritional support.  I suggest putting a little coconut oil on your face before bed each night.  I know it sounds weird but the fat in the oil pumps up the skin and nourishes it.  Use only pure extra virgin coconut oil, not the stuff that's mixed with other stuff. It looks like a cream in the jar, but it melts at room temperature.  The results are not instantaneous, but over time you should see an improvement. I've used it on my skin and I like the results.

  4. The cosmetic industry makes billions from people that think like you.  Instead, you should be looking at what you eat, how much you exercise, is your lifestyle causing undo stress and how much sleep are you getting in 24 hours.  You probably didn't want to hear this, but that's the reality of your situation.

  5. Make sure to use a moisturizer everyday with SPF in it. Some people age earlier than others.

  6. i'm the same age and i'm also worried but here are a few things that help me to still look young. i do the following and people think i 18-20 all the time.

    1. facial exercises, if you do this twice a day your muscles will tighten.

    2. use a good moisturizer one that has sun block for the day and one without for night time.

    3. wear sunglasses and if you wear glasses/ contacts make sure they are the right RX because if they are not you tend to squint more which leads to wrinkles around your eyes.

for the bags under your eyes i find using ice packs and getting the right amount of sleep helps. you may feel your getting the right amount of sleep but your probably not. try either adding or taking off 30minutes to and hour of what you sleep now and see if that helps take way the puffiness.

  7. go to a dermatologist

  8. Well lack of moisture in the skin causes the elasticity to tear (which holds your skin tight) and ruin the collagen. Dry skin is a serious cause of aging. Also your diet, do you eat enough? Healthy? Smoker? Drinker? Drug user? Enough water to keep your body hydrated? Otherwise it will wrinkle up (like a raisin, over time of course).

The easiest thing and most ignorant is "wear spf" which is true but if your not constantly in then the sun then that has very minimal to do with this aging.

AGING is alo genetic, so see when your mom and dad started to age, unfrotunatly there is nothing you can do about heredity. this goes same with the bags under your eyes, if you have always had them and Vitmin K intake is normal, then the bags are hereditary and you just gotta learn to love em!

Its time you start wearing a moisturizer for the first signs of aging. An Spf is great too, a good diet is helpful and some great cover up for under the eyes.

  9. Aging is genetic. Look at your grandparents and aunts. There are a lot of stuff to help slow down the wrinkle process. Botox will slow it down since you cannot move the muscle that are injected. It costs a lot and you have to keep it up every 6 months or so. Use sunscreen when outside. Sun damage is horrible. No smoking. Drinks lots of water and take care of your skin with a good cleanser and moisturizer (I like avon products).

  10. Iron your skin.
