HELP????? I'm trying to order a movie on my cable box and it keeps saying ERROR:1103 WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

my cable box is from BrightHouse phone company and i really what to figure out whats wrong with it !!! if any one can help it would be greatley appreceiating i might just have to kiss you !!~(hahahahalolololololololol) HELPPPPPPPPPP!!!!PLEAAAAAASSSSSEEEEEEEEE...

  1. You need to call your phone company.  They'll ask for the code and probably reset the box, if that doesn't work they'll come out and fix it.


  2. It could be a number of issues. The best idea would be to call Brighthouse and ask them.
