  1. Yep. Except for the vomiting part, I've never heard of that. Maybe you're sick as well . . .

  2. This is withdrawal. It's no picnic but, PLEASE, hang in there. If you succeed, you'll be so much better off.  A word of warning. Don't ever think you can smoke "just one", that's the beginning of the end.

  3. Her's some Tips to deal with common cravings and withdrawal symptoms Stay active: Keep yourself distracted and occupied, go for walks. Keep your hands/fingers busy: Squeeze balls, pencils, or paper clips are good substitutes to satisfy that need for tactile stimulation.

Keep your mind busy: Read a book or magazine, listen to some music you love.

As you well know, quitting smoking is one of the hardest things you will ever do in life.

If you were in the same boat as me and are struggling to kick the habit for good, then I recommend you take a look at the top 3 reviews on The Best Way to Quit Smoking. It has working wonders for me, along with many others.

  4. Your body will be adjusting to the fact it is no longer inhaling cigarette smoke. It is all perfectly natural and nothing to worry about. Your pains will be gone within a few more days.

There are no real negative side effects to quitting, only positive ones. The longer you have stayed smoke free the easier the quitting process becomes. You have made the right choice, believe you can quit and you will.

If you keep dwelling on the negatives of quitting (are they really as bad as you make out, really?) than you will never quit. You have to focus on why you quit in the first place, keep positives thoughts running through your head. Always remember, a few weeks of pain is worth it for a lifetime of good health.
