  1. Use stevia instead os Splenda.

  2. Splenda is ok for Diabetics, I use it all the time for my diabetic customers in my restaurant. Go directly to the Splenda website to find recipes.

  3. splenda is given to diabetics?

omg,   you know what that stuff is made out of don't you?

  4. Just substitute Splenda for the sugar if the recipe calls for a 1/2 cup sugar use a 1/2 cup Splenda.

  5. Forget the cookies (biscuits) for your Nana and give her some fruit instead. The carbs in the cookies will hurt her and SPLENDA is

awful for diabetics even though it was suggested by my first doctor for me (I also have diabetes). I changed doctors after that recommendation!

If Nana still insists on biscuits go back to the store and find a brand of sweets put out by a company called ESTEE that specializes in treats for diabetics. Ask at the customer service desk where they keep it because it may not be in the regular cookie aisle. OR, go to a large pharmacy and ask about the Estee brand.

Good luck and I hope this helps you. Hi to Nana for me, as well.
