Nikon has really good cameras about 150.  I bought the L11 for less than that and it is really good.  big lcd screen too

Me and my three roommates each had a different model of the Canon ELPH. They are awesome cameras: tough, long-lasting battery, many options, very compact, huge screen, etc. These cameras are also nicely priced.

Nikons are good cameras, but the ELPHs are really small and you can stick it in your pocket easily.
