HELP! I NEED DIRECTIONS USING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ONLY PLEASE!?

I live in Belleville N.J. I want to go to the following address and I ONLY want to use PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

5711 Jefferson Street

West New York, N.J. 07093

PLEASE NOTE: I am able to use the NJ Transit AND the Light Rail at Newark Broad Street and at Newark Penn Station as well. I can also use the Path Train and the NJ Transit down at the Hoboken Station.

I need some directions....can YOU help me please? Thank you :)

Take your regular New Jersey Transit bus if you are far from train/lightrail or PATH.

If you're near, take Newark City Subway $1.35 to Newark Penn Station, but Newark City Subway one-way ticket must be validaded because law enforment will make sure if you have validaded ticket.

If you prefer only Newark Penn Station, paid $1.75 with Quickcard, then take to Journal Square, where you could catch #88 bus along JFK Blvd in West New York area.
