HELP!!! I Need opinions for Father-Daughter dance!?!?

Question

I need some help. I have not been extremely close to my father, its more of a relationship like he just speaks to me to be able to see my daughter. He has helped us out and I love him hes my father, but were just not very close. It upsets him that my step-father has been there for us more and has done more for us. I need a song to dance with him at my wedding. Any comments or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I would go with 'My Wish' by Rascal Flatts. It's about all the good things one person wishes for the other, without specifying any particular relationship.

If you're not close to your dad, I can see how it might feel uncomfortable or awkward to dance to one of those sweet, sappy father/daughter songs.  In this case, I would choose a more upbeat, happy song.  If your dad isn't willing to do a more upbeat song, then find a more generic slow song that isn't all sappy about fathers/daughters.  Something like Stevie Wonder's "You are the Sunshine of My Life" is good.

im sure that ur dad will love to dance with you at ur wedding no matter what. im not sure about the song tho....maybe u should talk to ur mom and ask what song he would like or ask one of his friends tht know him.
