HELP!!? I bought Blackberry 8830. I get an error msg "usage of programming lock code has exceeded limit"??

That error message means the unlock code has been entered too many times.

Your carrier may be able to unlock it, if the phone is their model. You may want to ask them if a new SIM card will fix it, sometimes entering in the code too many times will fry the sim card.

If you bought it on ebay or somewhere and that's the first thing you saw when you got the phone, someone else messed it up before they sold it to you.
