HELP!! I can't connect to the chess game board. Everytime I connect, it says I am barred till the year 2021

Awhile back I think someone(s) hacked into my account, I've changed my password since. What could i do to clear my name?

Best thing to do is create a new ID.

Best advice is make a new email account, then you can play.It's a bummer to have to start over,but Yahoo will never get around to Allowing your old account to be reactivated, that the antispam bot glitch  barred .

you are not alone,hundreds were unfairly barred the the program was put in place.

Try doing this 1st;

Yahoo updated chess you now need the new version.But you have to remove the old one 1st.

normal clearing of cache does not remove game demos.(deleting browser history old files clearing cookies, ect)

click start button,,search,click on files/foloders, type in yahoo chess. When file comes up, right click on it then click remove. Next trip to chess it will prompt you to download the new demo of yahoo's newest version of chess.

You could try a differnt site, and some peeps already have it as a default game on their computer.
