I was sick of my stupid Belkin FM transmitter, going through the radio frequency for my MP3 player, so I went to a car audio store. I told them I wanted to be able to plug in my MP3 player. So they said they could hook me up. When I got my car back, they installed this g*y little switch and I still had to go through 89.1 which CUTS OUT ALL THE TIME. So can I fix this or take it back for more work, buy a whole new stereo, or kill everyone in the store and burn the place to the ground. I'm assuming this is my fault and I wasn't listening to what they were actually gonna do but I paid $150 for this c**p.

  1. with that money you couldve gotten a new stereo with and aux output for you mp3(or an ipod interface)

  2. You could buy a new HU with an aux input for less than $200.

  3. instead of tellin you what you shoulda done ill try to help you out how long you have had this equiptment will tell you if they will let you return it  also if there was any labor  you prob wont get that refunded ask to speak with the owner or manager explain to him you are not satisfied with  your purchase and what you were goin for when they sold thisto you  tell him you are not expecting the world to bow for you but that you are expecting the product to perform for you to your liking  most dealer depend on these little jobs to keep in buisness as this type of install accounts for 90% of their buisness  and they usually have a 45-80% markup retail on these proiducts  anywhoo you could also ask him for a store credit towards product or labor  if he wants your buisness he will make it right with you hope this helps
