Hi, I am 13 and I am in the 8th grade. This morning when I woke up to get ready for school, I wasn't feeling very well and I admit, I was a bit cranky. I had Raisin Bran for breakfast with a tiny bit of milk added so the cereal won't be so dry. I don't like to drink milk in the morning because it sours my stomach and I am not lactose intolerant. I always eat cereal in the morning but today my brother ate out all the Rice Krispies, so I ended up with Raisin Bran.

I felt very nauseous and decided to go to school with a plastic bag in case I vomit. It was really embarrassing because I kept on rubbing my stomach quite frequently. My mouth felt as if more saliva was building up in my throat and mouth as if I were to vomit. A few points throughout the day, I became VERY hungry and thought I was going to faint. I had a cheese sandwich, but I just picked the white bread off and didn't eat the cheese. I was very weak and I couldn't focus because of it. I drank small amounts of water to see if it changed anything and I often went to bathroom to see if it was my period coming. At the end of the day, after about 7 hours of feeling nauseous and sick, I finally felt better.

I don't know why it happened. I wasn't drinking last night, so I cannot have been experiencing a hangover. I ate around 9 o'clock last night and this morning, I ate around seven o'clock. I had strawberry pie at like 10 o'clock last night, so I don't know if it was the strawberries which had soured my stomach. I am about 99% sure that I am not pregnant even though I felt as if I was having morning sickness throughout the whole day! Whenever I carried my backpack, I felt even sicker and about to vomit! I was a little constipated yesterday.

After school, I ate a grill cheese sandwich and I felt OK. Now, my throat and mouth seems to being filled with saliva and I have to swallow everytime to get it down.

  1. you might have an over acidic stomach.. I have it for a while, then it goes away for a while, etc..

when it's bad it's like after i eat, especially if i lie down, i think i'lll be sick

it's kind of like acid reflux, you know?

you can get something from a doctor to take if it stays like this, or you can try eating a spoonfull or 2 of yogurt after you eat or when it hurts. That helps mine anyway

  2. Is this a joke?  Okay, first of all what do you know about a hangover?  You're 13.  Hm?  This question doesn't sound legit.  Go to the doctor if you're really feeling sick.
