HELP!?!? I have 2 parakeets, and i think my female is pregnant?

Question

I have two parakeets, one male and one female. The female i snamed Starbright and is a green Parakeet. My male's name is Mavrick and is a rare parakeet. Starbright has been eating a lot and been fluffy like puffing up. She is very fat and we didnt clean the cage so i think they made a nest in thier p**p and food. My parakeets are loving on each another. Is Starbright pregnant?

Birds that are puffed up all the time are sick.

A big pile of spoiled food and p**p can make a bird sick- clean the cage!

If the bird has mated and now is acting weird it could be egg-bound. This kills birds.
