My grandfather passed on his ticket to the 1927 world series to me when he passed 13 years ago. Now unfortunately tougher economic times means selling this almost impossible to find collectible. It is an authentic game 2 ticket in very good condition no tears or excessive wear.

  1. I would contact the fella that is winning this auction. He apparantly collects the tix and he's getting tickets that start at 1932 so I'm sure he'd like to add it to his collection. If you cannot contact the buyer contact the seller and have the seller forward your email to the buyer that way you can communicate! Hope this helps!!

  2. Wow!  A ticket to see the Murderer's Row, generally considered to be the best team to ever take the field! That's greatness.

Send it to PSA DNA and have them authenticate and grade it for you.  This will add to it's value significantly and make it much easier to sell.  Beyond that, I'd make a few phone calls or stop by the local card/memoribilia shop and get some estimates so you can set a reasonable reserve on any auction you may choose to put it in.

I have a good memoribilia guy here in Plano (Texas, north Dallas....I got to hold a 1923 Babe Ruth game used bat this past weekend...woo hoo!).  With the PSA DNA and the grade, he might be able to give you an idea....without, probably not.

  3. Check with the Miller Boys, they buy and sell all kinds of Sports collectables.
