  1. relax your jaw more

  2. Ouch! You need to be seen by a dentist ASAP! When a filling falls out it leaves the tooth underneath, which no longer has protective enamel, completely exposed. At first it may be a minor discomfort as a result of this; however, as time progresses it is left exposed to bacteria and you have probably developed an infection. The only cure for this is extraction or root canal/restoration. That being said, you can go to your dentist, or local emergency room if you have medical insurance, and they will probably be able to prescribe an antibiotic and pain medication. The antibiotic will help with the infection (not cure it) and will temporarily alleviate the jaw pain. You have to have treatment though. Check to see if there are any local dental centers that are low income or medicaid affiliated. The root canal is very expensive. It is a bummer to have it extracted, but you can usually have it examined, a small xray and extracted for under $250.00 ( depending on the city where you live). At home try advil and a cool compress. (warm if that is more comfortable) I hope this helps and good luck!

  3. I say scrounge up the money and go back to the dentist.  Chances are your tooth is rotting out or you may have come down with an infection.  You need to go to the dentist ASAP.

  4. You tooth is infected and the longer yu wait the more its going to cost.  for a stop gap try massive doses of antibiotic but you HAVE to go to the dentist.  It can get toxic and could kill you. don't s***w around with your life over money.
