  1. you don't need to use spray starch on sheet just put iron on medium heat. and put distill water into iron good luck on this and don't use the starch ok

  2. No steam and a medium heat on the iron.  Most sheets have some polyester in them, so if you use an iron set for cotton, you might end up burning the fabric.  If you find that a medium heat is not hot enough, bump up the temperature a little.  Its kind of hard to tell you what to set the iron on, not knowing the type of fabric it is.  I feel that its better to be safe than sorry, so I'd try a medium heat first.  I still iron my pillow cases, and on medium heat, but I don't starch them.  Good luck and I hope this helps!

  3. Wow, some people are just too neat. I don't iron my sheets but most sheets are %100 cotton. I always check the label, before I iron anything. I then look at my iron and turn it to the setting for that fabric. Cotton is pretty hot and most newer irons will steam at certain settings. My iron gives me a choice and I always use steam when I starch things. Then you need to wipe down the iron with a damp cloth after it cools, otherwise the steam holes will get all clogged up.

I ironed my husband's white uniforms every day when he was in the air force as a medic and believe me they had to be starched and crisp. He was a medic for almost the whole 20 yrs. so I have plenty of experience ironing. I still iron 3 of his shirts every week cause we didn't buy all 5 made of %100 polyester.
