  1. Leave it where it is. It's mother is probably in the area looking for it.

  2. don't touch it, or its mom probably wouldn't take it back, they are really timid, and don't stay too close to it, or they mom may not want to come near, but make sure nothing attacks it or anything, just watch it for a while.

  3. I didn't read the answers posted so I'm sorry if someone else has said what I'm going to say :) Put the bird where you found it or close to where you found it. It's ok if you touched it a mother will still except a baby if human hands have been on it. It's a huge lie that once you touch a baby bird/bunny that the mom will not touch it. If you can get help to put the bird in the nest you could try just watch out for momma bird they can be defensive. That's would I would do (put it in the nest) I don't know how a bird would pick up a baby and put it back in the nest they aren't like cats (moving babies around in their mouth) lol Good luck!

  4. put it back in its nest

now could someone answer my question

  5. Nothing.  The mom will find it when the bird start to cry.  If you walk away from the baby bird then the mother will probably feel that it is safe enough to go next to the baby.  It is not your place to mess with it.  Remember no matter even if your intentions are good, birds look at humans as enemies.

  6. If the baby has feathers, leave it alone. It's fledging, meaning learning to fly. They leave the nest BEFORE they are fully ready to fly. The parents continue to take care of them. Leave the bird where you found it. If you want you can put it back in the nest (but there's a good chance it will just end up on the ground again). The mom will NOT reject it just because you touched it. Birds have a poor sense of smell, and won't be able to recognize your smell on the chick.

Taking in a wild bird is illegal, and usually people that try to when they see a fledgling bird end up hurting or killing the bird with their "good intentions". Just leave it alone, the parents are capable of taking care of it.

  7. there is nothing you can really do, you can try to put it back in the nest but i doubt thr mother will take it back, the ants will just eat it alive....im not trying to scare you this is what will happen or you could leave it where it is

  8. just leave it exactly wear u found it because the mom will find it
