It's like when I go to close the door it won't go into the doorway...like it's bigger than the doorway. It doesn't appear to be off the hinges, but maybe just too far over? Does someone know what I am talking about and how I can fix it??

  1. Sounds like you have a door system like I had, with a large coiled spring on a shaft just above the door and cables running down both sides at the edges.  If you slam these doors too hard when closing, for some reason, one of the cables will jump off the pulley on which it's supposed to wind up and then try to wind up on the shaft, which is too small.  It makes the door try to go kiddywhumpus and won't close.  You'll need someone who understands this type of door system to reinstall the cable that has jumped, back onto the proper pulley.   Then it should work fine.

  2. check the hinges see if they separated from either the door or frame ...maybe they just need to be tighten back up.. if not loosen all the screws and re tighten them just to make sure
