HELP! I need advice!?

So, like, I'm planning on getting baptized soon, and I dont know what to say for that little short essay thinggy that someone reads for you before you get baptized. Any one know what I should write, or include in my paper? PLEEZE ANSWER!

those words come from YOUR heart

It;s what God has done for you what is in your heart. Like how you felt God call you to himself and you are now wanting to share that with the church family as you outward testimony. We cannot know what those words are for you. Just write how you fell and why you are choosing to be baptized.
