  1. Basically a cover letter is a short, sweet I am interested in the part of Macy for the new Disney Channel Series J.O.N.A.S.

I am represented by _____. And why they should choose you (a passion for acting does not count as a reason) and don't ramble.

New paragraph: What you;ve done recently (RECENT experience).

Last Paragraph: Thank them for reading and basically do a "let's make it happen" type thing.

Here's a god website that will tell you what you need

NOTE: All these paragraphs are VERY short  like 3 sentences MAX. It should be brief and NEVER ramble.

    Good Luck!

  2. If they want a very brief letter, that's what you should give them.  Simply say that you are enclosing your headshot and resume (or an application form or whatever you're actually sending them) because you're interested in auditioning for an acting role.  Just in case they're holding auditions for several shows, specify which one you want to audition for.

When they say "very brief," they really mean it.  Keep the cover letter short, let your headshot and resume do the talking.
