HELP! I need to lose weight really quick!!!!?

I made a bet with a friend for $1000 that I could lose 5 kgs in a week.

can anyone help me out on how to do it? I weigh about 65 and i only have 5 days. How could i do it?

  1. Try cutting back on your calorie intake significantly.  Work out more, stick to cardio (such as running).  Avoid weight training, muscle weighs more than fat so you don't want to be building any muscle.  Only do calorie burning exercises.

    The day before/of the weigh in try taking some water pills.  (Ex: Diurex)  This rids your body of all the extra water in your body and you can lose some weight quick that way.

    losing 5 kg in one week is not healthy, especially if you are only 65 kgs.  however, it does depend on how tall you are.  and if you are a boy or a girl.

    however, I will give you this advice.  Watch your sodium intake.  keep it under 1,000 mg a day.  And drink lots and lots of water.  Try and get at least 2.5 liters a day.  Also, do lots and lots cardio.  That should help shed the weight.  I hope this helps.

  3. Eat several small measl instead of three bigones......drink plenty of water and no soda........And dont eat 3 hours 4 bedtime......
