  1. Answer these questions and I can give you some more suggestions:

    What is your budget?

    How many people will be there?

    What is the estimated date (how long do you have to plan?)

    What state/country do you live in?

  2. I would do a lunch somewhere. Its cheap and just as nice.

    If you're not speading lots for the wedding why are you going to spend alot on the dinner. Or you can take everyone out for dinner. Find out how meny people you are having, make the invataions and bang o! Also you can get a room at a rec center and have the party there. You can ask close friends and family to bring food.

  3. Here's the compete guide on wedding --> http://weddingreceptiondecorationidea.co...

  4. When my daughter told me she would be getting married, I sent her a book that is a planning guide for a couple who want to have their very own wedding, and not get caught up with other peoples' opinions and attitude.

    Well, the wedding is coming up on 08/08/08, and she says that the book has really been a godsend.  Even though she's very busy, she's got things comfortably under control.

    You could probably get this book from a library or bookstore, but if you want, I'll get the title for you.

  5. Try visiting this online forum http://www.weddingcup.com. Since it is focused on wedding, you have a better chance to find your answer there. This is a common place for couples and wedding professionals to exchange their ideas. You can search for similar question, post your questions there or chats with others who seek the same interests.

  9. Heya, Congratulations to start with!!!!  Well, I'm engaged too, and Im finding it sooo easy, so stop panicing!  But then again, I have years to plan mine for, and I dont know how long you have.  My friend recently got engaged and she has planned her wedding (every detail) within about 5 months!!  And its only come up to about £700!!  But she's making all of her own buffet food.  There's so much to take into consideration, where do you start?!  Well, I have joined a few wedding sites, like Confetti, Hitched, and Wedding TV website.  They do help a bit, and give you quite a few good ideas!  I enjoy looking through it anyway.  First of all, if I was you Id talk to people about where to have the party afterwards, if you haven't already decided!?  Then go from there, there really is soooo much to take in, if you want some help, email me!!  Id be more than happy to help u!!  Good Luck and CONGRATULATIONS!!!  xx
