HELP IM GOING TO DIE TOMMOROW!!!

i have to run 2 miles in 13 minutes tommorrow and i havent run in about 3 months i think im very out of shape but i have been training in my arms so i have alot of muscle in them...i need to no how i can do this..if anyone knows any tricks to help me run this and get under 13 min....i already no to pace myself...got anything else?? thanks i really need help!!

  1. Eat a good pasta dinner, carbs are energy and tomorow hydrate some. Try to save some for the last mile by running your first mile a little slower. Try a 6:45 first mile and then run a 6:15 last mile pushing the last lap. On the last few laps your arm strent will come in handy.


  2. If you're running in a group..

    I think your best bet is grab onto someone who you know will run under 13 (but not too fast or you might just burn yourself out).  Start the run and look around for a good, solid-pacing person. Keep with their pace and just fight the pain really.  My coach always told us to tag onto someone in races to make it easier on yourself and then just speed past them as the races ends.  

  3. Wow. well don't expect your best times tomorrow.

    Just remember to pace yourself.

    Also, listening to music might help or running and talking to someone.

  4. Pasta only works for marathoners

    You cant do anything, now. just warmup good and stretch
