i am stuck in english (thank god i have a laptop) and my ll bean backpack zipper is stuck and i cant get my books out cauz my zipper is stuck what can i do

  1. Cut it open, but don't worry, just Return you backpack when you get home bc it's defective. Trade it in for another.
