HELP...If you know!?

I want to paint over my wall. (its light pink) I just want to do a darker pink (Kind of like fushia) Can I just paint over it with no problems, or do I have to strip the paint first?

Paint over it with white, 2 or 3 coats

you can just paint right over it. just wipe it down to get any dust off first.

One way to ensure that previous colors do not shine through to effect the new color is to use Kilz brand primers.  They will completely cover the old color & allow you to have the right color you want.  If you don't use a primer like Kilz, then the old color can effect the new one giving you a shade you may not like.  

Kilz is sold at Wal-Mart and home improvement stores and is widely available.
