HELP! In need of good slideshow program? 10 points!?

Im trying to make a slideshow, like pictures w/ music but instead of making a slideshow file I want to have a wmv or mpeg file when im finished. If anyone knows any good programs that would let me do this please tell me. Thanks

I'm not an expert on video editors, but once i did exactly what you are describing using Windows movie maker. You can add pictures to the filmstrip and then add your own music to the audio track below it.

You may have Windows Movie Maker already on your computer if you have windows XP or Vista. It's pretty good and has a lot of functionnalities.

Umm wel dont think that somethign exists as those are music encoding files extensions, use keynote for MAC or powerpoint for windows.

Photostory 3 by Microsoft will do the job. It's free and you can add music, transitions, motion. And when you're done you can export it as a wmv movie. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using...
