HELP... KNEE INJURY?

Question

i fell on my kneee &&& it was instantly swolen... when i t0uch it it feels like its like cracking & theres water....its very bruised black and blue on the right side of the knee and a little below... i can walk but i have limp... what could be wrong/... && if you suggest sumthing can you tell me what they woudl do for it such as cast etc.. thanks!!!
