HELP ME ASAP PLEASE !!!?

Question

I think my computer is infected with spyware, malware, or whatever. My background changes into white screen, and in the middle the screen, there is a window colored blue and orange.

In the top, it shows that

"Warning! Spyware detected on your computer! Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer."

In the middle, it shows that

"Warning Win 32/Adware.Virtumunde

Detected on your computer

Warning Win 32/PrivacyRemover.M64

Detected on your computer."

In the bottom, it shows that

"Please activate your antivirus software to clean your computer."

I also cannot access forum about antivirus like geekstogo and bleepingcomputer. Whenever I try to access that site, it shows Page cannot be found. Moreover, when I use the search engine, the link always lead to another website. For example I search Wikipedia at google, and click the first result (which is www.wikipedia.org). But then, it doesn't direct to Wikipedia homepage. It directs to some weird site that sells antivirus program.

Another systomps. I can't do system restore and re-boot in safe mode.

Please help me! I'll appreciate all your help.

ok,

1. go to the computer section, you will get more answers

2.call the person who set up your computer

3. schedule a meeting with that person

4. dont try to fix it on your own

5.next time be more careful about a wondow u r opening

Malwarebytes just cleaned this off of one of my office PC's.  Here is a site with a walkthrough and contains links for the download:
