HELP ME CHOOSE A NEW COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE!!!!!?

i am going to a computer factory they will build me a computer with anything i want on it all for $200

and the brand is going to be my name printed on the computer box and monitor box in sony style letters lool

im having 4gb of ram

i dont know what processor i want can anyone reccomend a very good processor that i can run lots of apps on and play games???

im having a 420gb hard drive

what shall i have

*windows xp pro sp3 or

*windows vista ultimate????

remember with 4 gb of ram wihtch will be the fastest????

im having a 30 inch monitor

what software and processor???

with 4 gb of ram vista will run perfectly, get vista ultimate. as for processor get amd opteron quad core at the highest speed that you can get. if they cant give u that cuz its the best on the market, get amd turion 64 x2

get vista ultimate its really good and you can play most every game thinkable on it.  the graphics for vista ultimate are amazing too.

But personnaly id save up for a macbook air!!!!!!!!!!!!
