  1. Bad joints from high impact sport, and you would like to move into something which doubles as therepy ;] complain about the knees or elbow.

  2. Say you have bad ankles.

You can't play tennis with bad ankles.

  3. Tennis elbow!  Tell them you have tendonitis, and swimming helps alleviate it!

  4. "My mother was attacked by a rabid mouse and in her dieing breath she told me to quit tennis....(cry cry) ALL I EVER WANTED WAS TO MAKE HER PROUD!"

If that dosen't work, IDK what will...

  5. say your having back problems and your health consultant (or made up untraceable health expert) says that tennis is worsening the stress on your back and that the best sport to help with that would be a water sport, primarily diving

  6. just say, my doctor told me i should stop playing tennis, becuase its pulling my back muscels too much, and if i keep playing my shoulder will most likely dislocate in the next week or so.

im not very good at excuses.

i have asthma, so i just always say stuff like "my doctor told me not to run alot, or eles ill have a asthma attack" haha

  7. i say dont lie just talk to both coaches and explain that you really want to switch and see what they say.good luck!

  8. Your arms/hands got swollen and the cause was playing tennis

    or

you don't know how to play tennis

    or

your doctor said, it is much better if you have a different sports

    or

you asked your therapist if you could do tennis, she didn't agree

    or

you got tantrums when you don't get what you want and your epilepsy will attack you

  9. Tennis is agents your religion...

diving will truly connect you to your god.

    =p

sry i had to say it

  10. tennis elbow, tell them you can't handel high impact sport and swimming/diving would be perfect,"sprain" your ankle so that it's too weak to run around.

don't actually sprain your ankle but pretend to.

  11. Say that your ready stance is destroying your lower back

swimming/ diving would actually help aleiviate that so thay cant argue that. and on top of that they cant force you to play a sport if its injuring you

  12. You could get a dodgey doctor to say that your wrist has been playing up and that you need to change to a lower impact sport.

Or you could pull a sympathy card and say that you feel that you would get more out of diving and that you had been pushed into doing tennis when you really didn't want to.

  13. bad wrist, worked for me
