HI CAN ANYONE RECOMEND ME SOME DIETS THAT PEOPLE HAVE ACTUALLY FOLLOWED AND ACTUALLY HAVE LOST WEIGHT PLEASE HELP

  2. i had an apple and banana for breakfast and for lunch i would have a brown roll with tuna and some crisps for tea i would have 600-700 calories.

    breakfast-100-150 calories

    lunch-400-500 calories or soup and bread 300-400 Cal's

    tea 600-700

    so min=1100

    max=1350

    for exercises try doing an hour a day and try to sweat this helps to get rid of weight

    snacks try fruit or eat anything you know you can burn off.

    try burn 700 Cal's a day.

    i lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks and I'm a teenager so I'm growing and I'm at a steady weight so i ha vent lost the weight because I'm huge.

    If your hungry for food try and take your mind off of it listen to music go out . dint go on computer or watch tv because this increases your chances of binge eating.  try and drink just water anything else like Orange juice adds Cal's and is food as well as water

    soup stays in your stomach for longer making you less hungry so try that.
