  1. You've gotten some good advice. Sometimes they pluck themselfs when stressed out,could be due to new noise at home or nearby. Sometimes if they are near a window they may stess. Good luck.

  2. The reasons behind it could be a million different things. It could be anything from being really sick, to just being bored.

    The first thing you should do is take your bird to a vet to make sure it isn't an illness.

  3. She is molting.  I can tell you this for a fact because you said she is losing the fluffy soft feathers.  Molting is a totally natural process.

  4. it sounds like he is bored as parrots will do this i would put more toys in the cage and spend more time with him
