Just do it! If you don't do it now it could be too late!!! This is serious, and without medical attention she could die!!

Call 911, something like that is not to be joked about, it could for all you know be some sort of stroke. Don't listen to your friend, if you care about him and his life, you'd call without hesitation.

whats 999 ? call 911 and tell them where he is , it happened to me 2 times ... 2 heart attacks . im 39 .

If they agree it is serious they will send an ambulance.

BUT, consider phoning 999 if it is really serious pain.
