My Italian friend wants to know how to say this in English!

ti voglio bene

Like to a mom or brother or friend.

Can someone help us out! I hate our language barrier! =]

  2. "Ti voglio bene" is a friendly way of saying "I love you." Literally, it means "I want you to be well," or even more literally, "I want you well." But friends say it to each other as a casual "Love you!"

  3. Well tony, to do the actual translation, "ti" is you, "voglio" is to want, and "bene" actually means well, but in a sentence used this way, means I love you, and if it's what you feel than there is no other way to say it.  Hope this helps you.
