HELP ME!! Why do I have serious Anger dreams?

i wake up feeling very sick, feeling throwing up, out of breathe

In my dream my body heats up, and burns in rage, and im like really really angry in the dream.

I get them once in a while. Why do i get them? I feel sick the whole day after that

Believe it or not it could be sleep apnea or blood pressure problems. I have the same problem. Especially when I've had too much caffeine and I'm over tired...or...if I've already had too much sleep but want more sleep cuz of depression or boredom or whatever. I would see a doctor if it becomes  a problem. Usually I force myself to calm down by hopping in the shower and then getting some fresh air but still, I feel very weepy, frustrated and emotional for the rest of the day. I think it has to do with an influx of hormones for me...maybe male hormones or adrenaline for you. The nausea makes me think of high blood pressure or low blood sugar.
