i see this boy once a week.i dont know him at all but,everytime i see him he is always looking at me,smiling,and waving hi.& one time he said 'Hey Whats up?"& he also raises his eyebrows when he sees me also.& one time he did that phone signal (when you want someone to call you).& he also pulled out a piece of paper (with his number on there).& just showing me if i wanted it.

Is he being friendly or does he like me????

Well, I think he likes you. But why not ask him? Be up front and confindent, guys like that. Just ask him..."Do you like me more than a friend?" But be extra friendly and nice about it, you woulden't want him to think you're mad at him for liking you or anything. Good luck
