HELP MY DUCKS ARE HATCHING AND I AM HELPless?

Okay so i have a muscovy and we have him in one of thoes styrofoam incubators, and we just got off the hpone with our local feed store, and it said to put the top baCK ON THE INCUBATOR BUT AS SOON AS I DID IT STARTED CHIRPING, AM I DOING THE RIGHT THING? TY

  1. listen to the feed store, i think they should know what to do. take a deep breath and get ready for some babies! if the feed store has baby ducks that they hatched then they should know how the hatching process goes.

  3. yeah,leave them in there for at least 24 hours after they hatch and are all dry..
