HELP! My boss is a B*tch?

Im a 19 year old boy. I just got a new job at my local pizza store at the begining of May. Its a small store, and the thing is I happen to be the only guy, the only teen and the only American that works there. All my coworkers are nice and all, but it's my boss. I dont mind being the only person that has to clean the washrooms, the only one that has to take out the garbage, the only one that does not get a vacation (seriously Im the only person there that didnt get a day off this whole summer!), but what really, REALLY bothers me is when I ride my bike to work and I go to keep it in the locker room in the back of the store, she doesnt let me and she tells me to keep it outside because theres "no room" in the lockeroom. Everytime SHE takes her bike or MOTORCYCLE to work, there always just "happens" to be enough room for it. She wouldnt dare leave her big expensive mountain bike or motorcycle outside where all the teenagers hang around, but I have to leave mine outside.

  1. Go above her head and make a complaint to HER boss. Explain the situation and how you feel singles out and discriminated against. If that doesn't work, get another job and move on with your life. She does sound like a beotch!

  2. quit the job and then tell her how you feel about her

  3. she is being like that to you because she thinks you are young and now she feels she can take advantage of you cause she cant of no one else... if she really needs you then threaten her by quiting but if that doesnt work just quit and get a new job some place where your needed and treated so much better

  4. Look for another job and just let this pass.  You don't want a bad reference on your resume just because you want to tell her off.  She has issues and let the next guy deal with them.

  5. The key to this is that you are a new 19 year old employee and she owns the business. She doesn't answer to you. To keep your job, you have to follow her rules and she has the right to set them. There is no equality in this, she is the boss. You can't go to her home and demand or expect favors, same applies on the job. There happens to be room for her bike because she says there is.You don't say what kind of work record you have and I have found many 19 to22 year old employees are not worth their pay because they want to get benefits that others have worked years to get.And they don't work as hard as they think they do. It is just the age and experience thing.
