HELP! My daughter's webkinz account got hacked and we can't get into it!?

We just moved so we don't have any of the 9 secret codes papers anymore. Obviously someone hacked it and changed her password so we can't get in. Is there a way to hack it back? Webkinz is not being helpful and I've read a lot of people have gotten no where with their customer service. My daughter is just devastated! Please help!!!
